About Me
Hi my name is Jamie, I started my working life as a miner in the Nottinghamshire Coal fields before enlisting in the Army. After leaving the Army I began driving for a living, starting out in the public transport sector driving buses and then moving onto coach holidays, spending a lot of my time taking coach tours around Europe and Southern Ireland. I moved to mid-Wales in 2002 and took up driving HGVs for a living and eventually Jamie’s School of Motoring was established.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a driving lesson cost?
I charge £36 per hour on a pay as you go basis. I also offer a block of 5-hours for £180.00 and a block of 10-hours for £360.00
Can I do 2-hour lessons?
Yes, at Jamie's School of Motoring I offer 1-hour, 1-hour and a half and 2-hour sessions. If you would like longer sessions, please get in contact with me and we can discuss your requirements.
Do IÂ offer automatic lessons?
No, I currently only offer manual driving lessons at the moment. I am looking to start offering automatic lessons in the near future.
What COVID-19 Precautions do I take?
I ensured that the car is thoroughly wiped down before and after lessons as well as any time after driving.
